Two main routes depending on your destination. To Marrakech, the R207 then the N8 offer a journey of 190 km in approximately 2 hours 30 minutes through the argan hills, with the possibility of a cooperative stop on request. Towards Agadir, the N1 runs along the Atlantic coast for 280 km (~3h30): a panoramic route often preferred by travelers discovering southern Morocco. Towards Casablanca, we take the N8 then the A7 motorway to connect the 440 km (~4h30) in the comfort of an air-conditioned vehicle.

Essaouira (formerly Mogador) is often described as the antidote to the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Its medina, classified UNESCO en 2001, has preserved its 18th century Portuguese plan: ocher stone ramparts, Skala towers facing the Atlantic, craft souks (thuja marquetry, Berber silver jewelry). Please note: commercial flights are seasonal (April to October), mainly from Paris and a few European cities. Outside of this period, the reference airport remains Marrakech-Menara (RAK), 190 km away, served all year round.
