Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern any booking made with Taxi Arganier for a private transport service (taxi, chauffeur, airport transfers, excursions) in Morocco.

2. Booking and confirmation

Every booking is confirmed by email and/or SMS within a maximum of 30 minutes after the request is received. The confirmation contains the journey details, the fare and the driver's contact information.

3. Fares

The fares displayed on the site and confirmed at booking are firm and final. They include: the vehicle, the driver, fuel, insurance and taxes. No luggage surcharge will be applied.

4. Payment terms

Payment is made directly to the driver in cash (EUR, MAD, USD), by bank card or via PayPal. For groups or long distances, a deposit may be required.

5. Cancellation and changes

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
• Late cancellation (less than 24h): 50% of the amount may be charged.
• No-show (passenger absent): 100% of the fare charged.
• Changes: possible free of charge up to 12 hours before departure, subject to availability.

6. Flight tracking

For airport transfers, Taxi Arganier tracks your flight and adjusts the pickup time in case of delay. No waiting fee is applied for delays of less than 60 minutes.

7. Liability

Taxi Arganier holds the mandatory insurance covering passengers and luggage. Our liability cannot be engaged in the event of a delay caused by force majeure (weather, demonstrations, road accidents, etc.).

8. Complaints

Any complaint must be sent by email to arganier.tour@gmail.com within 7 days following the service.

9. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Essaouira.
